Asia Aviation has approved a sale-leaseback transaction between its subsidiary Thai AirAsia and Sky Aero Management for four aircraft for a total value of US$101.25million, and for three aircraft with Avolon for a total value of US$67.30million and one more aircraft for US$43.42million.
